The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren't perfect. 

Processing

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2PM will be begin being processed the following business day.

Shipping

 Shipping times depend on your location in the USA. If you live down the street from us, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.

Custom orders take 4-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order. 

If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Cycle Soother is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.
